At Family Essentials, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@familyessentials.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including opened personal care or hygiene products. Please check the product listing for specific return eligibility.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
